Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.
Free Shipping: On all orders over $100 within Australia.

We are located in Mackay, QLD.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.

How should I care for my swimwear?

How do I choose the right size?

Returns

General Returns

All returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
Include your name, email address, and order number with your return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Returns for damaged or faulty items must also be made within 14 business days.

How to Return

Securely package your item for protection during transit.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to return your item.
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once we’ve received it.

Processing Your Return

After we inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your exchange or credit will be processed.

Important Notes

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
For retail orders over $400, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
